Met Sonny Strait today and man... it was SO cool! ^.^
Aparently I was the only person who went up to him for his comic book work instead of his voice-acting work (character of note for the conadverts-Krillin : ), he seemed really happy about that.
So yay!
I know there's a few other Elfquest fans floating aroudn the con... maybe they'll catch on and go up to see him too? I hope so.

And a friend of mine FINALLY won the KamehameHa contest, after 4 consistant years of participating, and it wasn't a case of "Just Give the Guy a prize because he's been such a trooper" either. The competition was REALLY intense. Which is funny when you consider it's just a bunch of people (I won't say 'standing around' becuase it's so much more physical than that!) screaming at the audeince, but man... it was fun. The Final showdown was a thing to behold. *nods*

I wish I'd thought to record it...

I managed to blow a lot of cash this con (to make up for only being able to go for the one day).....but i seem to still be in the clear so I shooooould be able to make it to Anthrocon next year...*ferrets away a bit more money*

Mum is going to flip out when she opens my mail and see's my bank statement though. -.-;

Still i dont' generally splurge very often, so I'll just have to count my pennies until next time...
